BGMEA, in partnership with Wagely, successfully organized a Train the Trainers (TTT) Program on 10 October 2026 at BGMEA Complex, Uttara, Dhaka, with participation from approximately 30 BGMEA member factories.

The program focused on key areas of workforce development, including effective communication, financial literacy, employee wellbeing, time management, productivity, workplace ethics, stress management, and training facilitation skills.

Azmee Kabir, Head of Sales, Wagely, delivered the opening remarks, highlighting the importance of workforce development and employee wellbeing. Participants actively shared their experiences and insights, creating valuable opportunities for peer learning and knowledge exchange.

The program concluded with closing remarks and a certificate handover ceremony in the presence of Ahmed Jabed, Chairman, Standing Committee on SDP, BGMEA, and Azmee Kabir.

The program was moderated and coordinated by Ms. Saila Akther Nova, Section In-Charge, Skills Development and Partnership (SDP) Department, BGMEA.
